I’m very picky about granola bars. This is because as low cal at they may be, they have a very high sugar count. You’ll have a sugar spike, but then you’ll feel hungrier later. I love Simply Bars and Lara Bars because they have natural ingredients, and are much better for your body. But in all honesty, you should try to stay away from most packaged goods. A better snack would be apples and peanut butter, or celery and nuts!
Legit had to hold myself down so that I wouldn’t have a junk attack… made it through the day! Woo! Hit the gym today too, and been eating healthy so far so I’m making some progress!! Birthday in 9 days… gonna be legal. Hot bod get @ me. But seriously… I wanna be sexxyyyy ;) hehehe. Anyone have any good recipes?? Slash tips to stay on track?
